For the woman tired of fighting her body

Learn to trust your body instead of treating it like something you need to protect yourself from. Repair your relationship with food while building a sustainable foundation for the life you want to live.

You may feel like you’ve spent years trying to get your body to cooperate.

You’re trying to eat well. You’re trying to be consistent. You’re trying to understand why things that used to work don’t seem to work the same way anymore.

Your energy is unpredictable. Your appetite can feel all over the place. You’re frustrated by your weight, your cravings, your digestion, or simply by the feeling that your body isn’t responding the way you think it should.

And underneath all of it is a question you keep coming back to:

What if I can never get the result I’m looking for?

Sometimes the issue isn’t that you need more discipline or another strategy. Your body is responding to everything it has been exposed to over time — stress, restriction, disrupted rhythms, poor recovery, and the demands of everyday life.

My work looks at those inputs as a whole, so you can build a foundation that supports your energy, appetite, metabolism, digestion, and ultimately your ability to change your body in a sustainable way.

Shaylyn Kathleen

Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Integrative Health Practitioner

I work with women who are ready to take their health seriously, but are tired of approaches that leave them more stressed, restricted, or disconnected from their bodies.

My own path wasn’t linear. I’ve moved through rigid food rules, significant weight changes, burnout, substance use, mental health struggles, and years of trying to figure out what my body needed — often from a place of trying to control or fix it.

That experience shaped the way I work today.

I don’t believe food exists in isolation. What you eat matters, but so do your sleep, daily rhythms, stress, movement, nervous system, relationship with food, and the way you respond to your body’s signals.

Vitally Nourished brings these pieces together in a practical, phased approach — so you can stop jumping from one strategy to the next and actually learn how your body works.

My approach draws from:

• circadian rhythm and metabolic timing

• nervous system regulation and food safety

• digestive and hormonal health foundations

• seasonal and cyclical nutrition principles

• intuitive eating, body neutrality, and gentle structured approaches

• body literacy and learning to respond to your own signals

• phased support that builds from the foundations up

VITALLY

NOURISHED

A coaching experience for women who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start feeling at home in them.

Imagine having more energy, a more predictable appetite, less food noise, and habits that don't require you to constantly start over.

Imagine understanding what your body needs instead of second-guessing every meal, craving, symptom, or change on the scale.

And finally, imagine working toward sustainable body composition change without making weight loss the only measure of whether you're doing well.

Vitally Nourished helps you build that foundation.

Together, we work toward a body that feels more supported, a relationship with food that feels less complicated, and a way of caring for yourself that you can actually maintain.

This is health and body composition work for the long game.
